Akash Datawind Tablet not delivered as they promised within 72 hours.

Hi,

I ordered/booked Aksh tablet on 21 Feb 2012 with booking ID#PMEBDDFFBD08 then PMB5243A6A8D on 9 April and finally PM8B276D3D26 on 6 July 2012.
I didn’t receive any shipment notification till 5-6 months. All of sudden, I received an email on 25 Sept as I copy-pasted below. But I still didn’t received my tablet and they are not replying anything on my email.

Please do the needful. This is height of their negligence. Why did they promised if they can not deliver this tablet.

Please do the needful. I would be very thankful to you if you could assist in resolution of this case.

First you people confirmed me to deliver Akash Tab within 72 hours after email confirmation then you did not replied even after I resend email many times.
This is raising my temper. I will escalate this case in consumer forum, if I would not get any early solution.
