Hi,

I had enquired about an airtell 4 G data card on 05/09/2013 with an airtel dealer by looking at an adevertisement he had sent his sales executive ( Srinath # +919900003955) to my house for demo after which i paid 1500 rupees for the data card. The sales executive collected my identyproof documents , gave me the data card and said there will be a address verification done the next day ie 06/09/2013 and data card will be activctaed in 3 hours from that . i waitied for two days no one approached me for any addres verification or data card activation since then i have been following up with many people with out any gain. The worrying factor is the dealer and sales executive do not attend my call if i dial from my mobile so i have to call them from PCO or others mobile. I even approached airtell customer care 9845012345 which is a total waste giving flase promises that it will be fixed i next 2 hours etc etc ( Airtell customer complaint number given to me 52756588) if i call them and ask status of this complaint numberthey put the call on hold and never come back.
I also got the contact number of a person by name Rao stating he is the manager ( 9611802227) who also has done nothing but buying time from me.
It has been a week now and i am stranded not knowing what to do hence lodging this complaint expecting some kind of legal action will betaken against these fraudent people.
