AIRTEL were they drunk when they decided to give Airtel 2G unlimited plan

Name of company/service: Airtel

I recently purchased and was using Airtel unlimited plan Rs.149, I was satisfied with it but after the bandwidth cap was reached the speed went down to 40 kbps. Yes, that is the speed they promised but as the speed was so slow I recharged with a 3G pack now the funny thing starts even with 3G the speed is still 40 kbps and the balance is being deducted from my 3G pack. I seriously think the people who made this so called “UNLIMITED” plan was high when they decided to go for 40 kbps after the bandwidth cap.
