I am Ravikanth ( Airtel Relationship Number 1027304561),
Today I have received my ebill for my mobile (9849745501), I was surprised to see the charges for GPRS which is free according to my plan. The bill plan was changed without any notice to me. The changes were made as shown below.

Discounts: Addon Benefit – 400 Mins Free thereafter 20p – AP 0 -0.20; 600 Local Airtel to Any Mobile Free 0 -2.70; 1 GB GPRS FREE.
To
3.Discount: 600 Local Airtel to Any Mobile Free; 600 Local And National SMS free.
Kindly someone suggest/help me to resolve this issue.
