airtel sim duplicate activate issue for 10 days-9544556556

Dear Sir

My name is Mohammed Mansoor, am the native of Kasaragod, Kerala, am a A/C mechanic. Am using 9544556556 mobile number for last one year in Idea. Am very much happy Airtel Mobile company, that’s why now am requested to convert my number to Airtel on 5/7/2012 and its converted to airtel on mid night of 11/7/2012. But i cant use the same in airtel, because i lost the Airtel sim and while the time am with my family in a tour. After i reach at kasaragod, i requested in Kasaragod airtel office (kolikara, airtel office) to take a duplicate sim on 18/7/2012, he need a higher authority approval for migrate my sim to duplicate sim, so give two days for activate the duplicate sim. After two days (20/7/2012)i visited kolikara, airtel office for sim not active, one of a guy named Mr.Faisal from kolikara, airtel office he told me that he need two more days to activate the duplicate sim. That time one of my friend give the contact no of Airtel Nodal Officer, i call to Nodal Officer on same day and talk with Mr.Dinesh from Nodal. He tell me that he cant able to do anything from their side, i requested for help me to resolve, after he requested to visit kolikara, airtel office. On 5th day (23/7/2012) am visited kolikara, airtel office and call to Nodal officer Mr.Dinesh & handover the call to airtel office executive Mr.Faisal, they discussed for sometime after Nodal Officer Mr.Dinesh requested to wait 24 hours for activate duplicate sim. Am wait for two days, but sim was not activate and i call to Nodal officer Mr.Dinesh on 25/7/2012 again he requested to wait. Next day (26/7/2012) am call to Nodal officer Mr.Dinesh, he told me that he cant check the progress of my duplicate sim request and also he cant able to contact with Kolikara, airtel office, Kasaragod. So he again requested to visit kolikara, airtel office. Today (27/7/2012) am again visited kolikara, airtel office and call to Nodal officer Mr.Dinesh and transfer the call to airtel office executive Mr.Faisal. Nodal officer requested to wait for two hours also he promised to call back with two hours. But i cant get any calls from Nodal officer, so i again call to Nodal officer, that time he requested to wait upto coming Monday (30/7/2012) to clear my complaints.

Dear Sir kindly help to resolve my problems
So many customers are cheated like this

Am wait for 10 days and also need to wait more 3 days to resolve my issue. My clients have this number for contacted with me. I lost so many works.
There is 10km distance from my home & kolikara, airtel office.
Call charges for Nodal officer calls
I lost my time, work, money, calls etc
Kindly take action against higher authorities of airtel
