Airtel sending us bill six months after de-activation.

My airtel account number is 16100268. The company is calling us and asking for Rs. 5000/- and threatening to take us to court. Also the customer support is talking very rudely and using inappropriate words against us. We had asked for de-activation six months ago and followed the procedure that they narrated on the phone, now they are asking for a docket number. We also have the de-activation letter that we submitted to an airtel representative. Sir, kindly look into the matter.
