Location/place: Chennai
Name of company/service: Airtel
I am being charged for a service which I have not opted or confirmed for use. Everyday I get a SMS mentioning the service being used along with the money deducted. I have complained and written 3 mails to the service helpdesk of Airtel. Every time they said the issue was resolved, the service was activated from the next day.
I need help from this forum for a permanent solution.
