I have airtel postpaid connection (7597139600) last month i.e. in october i continuous receive message from airte that i have 1911 MB free for usage ( as i have activate internet plan of 149 Rs) but when bill generated it is showing only 1600 MB free and they have charge 4000 Rs extra of actual total bill. Regarding this i have filed complain @ 121 as well as posthelp dept. of airtel. but still after 15 days the problem has not resolve . my last date of bill payment is 24th nov. and bill was generated on 6th nov.
