Airtel pathetic service

Hi –

This is to inform you that I have purchased airtel 4g wifi connection with airtel 4G no. 7718892639 (TCS corporate plan 10GB @999). I have received the device on 22nd of December and till today’s date 28th dec neither its working nor it is getting connected . I have made several follow up with the airtel staff at my Company premises still there is no response at all . Today by end of the day when I again reached out to the airtel staff ,they came up with the statement that my data limit is crossed . I did not get the device connected at all and all my data is used up which is really weird and absurd to say .It’s really a big shame to say that airtel staff and customer care staff are not at all taking customer problems its consideration on priority . It was really a big harassment the way they spoke to me . Please provide me the appropriate forum where I can escalate this issue to the higher level .

I want my money to be refunded (Rs1500)now as soon as possible . Availing airtel service is a big pain in the neck with such uneducated staffs who does not even know how to talk to there customers and does not know the value of customer satisfaction . Really it was a pathetic and worst service airtel is providing i came across. I will carry this issue forwarded to the consumer court for cheating on me with such kind of service .
