AIRTEL Not Responding for my MNP

Location/place: Shyamnagar, Kolkata

Name of company/service: Engineer

This is to inform you that I have applied for MNP from my DoCoMo Postpaid Mobile Number 9331714433 to Airtel Post Paid (299 Combo Plan). On 19th July 2013 I have personally visited to your Airtel Shop in Rathtala, Belghoria, Kolkata with advance Rs. 300/- as deposit money.

Also they have provide me the SIM Card vide SIM Card No. 89913100000168689757. After that only one Address verification done but till my Number has not yet been Ported.

Approx. 25 days over but no information has been received from Airtel Customer Care, so I have inquired with Airtel Belghoria, they informed that it will take more days.

I like to know if a MNP is taking this much of time, then what will be your service. As it is not a funny matter but Airtel is harassing a lot.

    This Airtel rathtala store is most bogus.
    They dont reply to calls.
    I need to convert Airtel postpaid to Airtel pre-piad as i will go for an international assignment.
    but, they don ‘t act on anything.they behave like ill-literates and will not take any request.
    i have tired calling them several times and visited the store which is around 5 kms from my house ,but they have no sympathy.
    Not sure what type of people AIRTEL is recruiting!!!!
    very frustrated and i have already ported 3 of my airtel numbers to vodafone for this.
