Airtel new Post paid connection

Name of company/service: AIRTEL

Dear SIr,
My self Mrs. Shelly Das, residing at 326/8 Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road. Kolkata-700008 (West Bengal). Its a fraud case. I paid Rs.300.00 to Airtel on month of March 2013. But still now, post paid connection is not start or responce. they ware two nos. SIM card send to my residince address but no working. Representative of Airtel ware misbehave with me sevarel time. I was pray for refund my Rs.300.00 sevarel time, but they ware denied to return. Please help me.
