I got my airtel gsm number rechargd worth Rs.249 as my last rchrg..n on browsing my net on my phone some link got activatd 4 whch i ws chargd 99 n 40Rs respectvly on 24th of nov
4 whch i made call to airte cust cre…n one of d supervisor assured me of refunding d amnt within 4hs…whch wasnt…again at night d same thng hapnd n i ws chargd 4 Rs 65 frm my prepaid acnt…on making cal 2 d cust care Airtel bangalore karnataka one of d supervisor named’prajwaj’responded very ill mannerly n denyed 4rm his words of refunding d amount of Rs99 n Rs 65 respectively 4 whch he agreed first..
