Airtel- MNP, Connection

Location/place: Airoli

Name of company/service: Airtel- mobile connection

Since last 2 months i have tried to do a MNP from aircel to Airtel. but everytime I submit all my documents purchase a new sim but still the MNP is not done till today(08/08/2013). when i visit the Gallery, i get offers to have the MNP done in postpaid which can happen in 2 days but since i want it to be prepaid, i am facing this kind of issue.
the port code is valid for 10 days, and evertytime it gets expired i have to put the request again(done for the 5th time)
