Name of company/service: Ambica Trading Corporation
We are facing a problem with our airtel landline for last 10 days and despite following up with their call centres and Nodal officers all we have been given is a promise that the problem will be resolved by End of day/7:30 pm. This being my office connection and also the intercom for my entire business group, I am totally paralyzed and have incurred considerable losses by now. Please suggest the appropriate course of action.
