AIRTEL: Irresponsible and No Customer Value

I have opt for National MNP. I have requested from Rajasthan Airtel postpaid number to port in Delhi NCR Airtel prepaid number on July 30,2016. I have submitted all documents and address and number verification completed by Aug 1,2016.

According to TRAI rule number will be ported within 7 days if all documents and previous dues are completed.

Now i have received SMS from Airtel on Aug 5,2016 that my number will be ported to Delhi Bharti Airtel by 05-08-2016 22:30:00. So on the same day my Rajasthan circle number has been ported out successfully on time given but as i inserted my new sim it has no network by then. i thought it will be started by the morning. So i switched of my fone.
But that didn’t happen. I have visited to jaipur airtel store as i was in jaipur on that day, they confirmed that port out is successful and because you have prepaid number so they can’t tell why it is not started yet, so i have dropped a mail at [email protected].
Some Shashidhara HV, replied but has no information regarding any thing the information he/she has provided are completely mis-leading faulty and further more he/she is not even replying on the mail till now.
I have called on customer service center too but they do not have any single information they said my documens are not completed but how it can be my address verification was completed way before.
At the end i decided to go on airtel store and applied a leave in my office they said Aritel have some backed issue in your case your documents and other details are completed.

I thing Shashidhara HV must apologise or at least accept his fault as i am still suffering from the problem its still not resolved.
