Airtel india cellular- my balance is frequently deducted for no reason..

Sir, please help me…. My contact no. Is 8386056866 it is of Aircel india .. And my balance is deducted without any cause and I can’t contact customer care as it always shows network busy…..
So what can I do…. Please help me
