Airtel has cheated to provide a postpaid connection

Location/place: Mehendipatnam/Guddimalkapur

Name of company/service: Airtel

I am the customer of airtel my name is Chekkala Suresh and my no is 9676367067 and 2 weeks back i got a call from 04049595100 name ravali requested to migrate prepaid to postpaid and on saturday August 17 one executive of airtel came to me to collect the documents Mr. veeresh and his no is 9989583638. After i given my documents and 330 rs of deposit amount to veeresh he given me a sim card and told in 2 to 3 days number is going to activate. But when i am calling him and the landline no too there is no use of it, its unable to reach it.

After that i mailed [email protected] which is provided by that executive, but no response. Later i started mailing to 121@customercare they were responding my mails, but there is no use of sorting out the problem immediately.

Till now neither i got my money back nor the post paid connection.

So please look into the matter and do the needful as possible as early.

    till now my problem has not solved. what is going on at your end I m not understanding. recently 1 week back I got a call from delhi that does your problem solved like. I said no and I explained my problem once again. then he said its not my department I will forward your issue to post paid department and shortly you recw a call like he said. but till now I haven’t received any call.

    I hope you will solve the issue soon. this not the way to behave with a consumer.
