On january 2013, I had called up Airtel to disconnect my service. They told they had accepted the request and I did not follow up. After three months they called up asking that please pay the money. I was shocked and asked them that I had already asked for disconnecting. They mentioned that they wil disconnect and if nothing is being used, the money will be waived off. From this after three months again, I received a call sayingthatI have to pay money. I was shocked again and told i m not at all using and wont be using anymore. They agreed and then they told we will waive off the fees and they did not give me a call back. Now today they are calling and asking me to pay the money otherwise they will take me to the court. I am ready for this and I have decided to file a case against Airtel for my mental harassment. I work in a reputed company and I have a mobile number from Airtel, but now I think I wil say everyone not to use Airtel at all. They are not at all employee friendly and they know only to take money.The Airtel datacard which is issued was 9901366330 and when I call customer care it is telling as invalid number, which clearly shows that this has been disconnected. So why is this mental harassment for. It clearly shows the incapability of Airtel to keep customers and are demanding money by mental harassing. Please help otherwise I will proceed with the legal notice of harassing my prestige.
