AIRTEL GROW UP !!!

Airtel India Provides “THE WORST” Customer grievance Service All Time.. First Of All the executives have no ethics of talking to a customer.. I Don’t know why do they even get paid ??? :/ Yesterday i did a recharge of 9/- For SMS Pack, From www.airtel.in payment was made from my Airtel Money Account.. But Instead that recharge went to Some Voice Service Which i didn’t Select.. When i contacted Service Center They told me that it is my mistake because i should not recharge online as it is not trusted.. This is how the executives are answering when they cannot solve the query.. Well Done airtel :/ On Top of that a Shameful Act Done.. When i told him to raise a complaint he gave complaint number : 1060822671000 And said complaint will be resolved in 24 hours. When i called them back and gave my complaint number Executive name “SURAJ” said me there is no complaint With such number… So u thin k we customers are Fool ?? I am also registering a complaint with Consumer Forum Lets see how that goes. But i purposefully made this Issue Public So as let other customers know how dirty these executive plays :X I am hoping at least with such grievance posted on your social page you will react to the earliest…
