AIRTEL fixedline problem

I have made repeated calls to airtel for the fixedline problem that im facing since the past 3 days the landline number is dead there is no dial tone on the phone .The biggest problem is this is my office number and i haven’t been in touch with anyone for the past three days and all my orders aren’t being forwarded to me this is the second time i’m facing the problem earlier also i had faced this problem, the second problem i faced is that since the landline is attached to the internet i couldn’t swipe the card for around 3 to 4 customers amounting to at least 2 lakhs i got calls from 3 different numbers saying that the person would come to me in a couple of hours. i got calls from the following numbers

08971388811 2 calls
my airtel complaint number is 58014852

i have made the same complain on a number of occasions
my aritel complain numbers are 57196342, 57263726,57455890,57650786,
and the last one the current one is 58014852

all i get is a time when they would be sending someone over but the time keeps changing and no body has turned up yet.
