I have raised a complaint (32114421) to AIRTEL DTH customer care that I have upgraded my DTH package from Rs. 200 to Rs. 350/- but I am unable to get the channels which should come with Rs 350/- package. They are again and again asking me the same questions that what is your problem but not resolving my problem. Its being a month I am chasing them and not getting any resolution.
I would say in Chennai AIRTEL proving pathetic services. I think Airtel support services does not have any “Tracker” that who is tracking or addressing consumer query and the worst thing is that they even don’t have “Description” column to at least write a proper description for the consumer complaints. Till yet that is from last one month I have talked with over 100s of Airtel associates and I need to explain again and again all what is my problem. I never seen a pathetic service like AIRTEL. I have been using AIRTEL services for quite a long in different states of India, but my experience in Chennai, Tamilnadu is far different from other states. In Chennai Airtel services does not even exist.
I am just fed up with explaining and chasing them to resolve my issue.
