Hi,
i have a airtel DTh service HD at my house, the DTH box is not working properly since 18th June 2012.
I have made 3 complaints and the complaint ids are 19901858, 19961521, 19999145.
The complaints have still not been resolved i have been calling them up everyday, they put u on hold for half an hour and dont have the decency to call back. They tell you that the engineer is going to come at a particular time at your house nad no one lands up.
It is the worst DTH service that is there currently.
Airtel is horrible service provider and worst in Customer relations.
I want a full refund of my money as the service is still under warranty.
Will not suggest anyone to go with airtel service, they are just incompetent as a service provider.
