Airtel DTH – should be penalised! Need complete refund

This issue never gets resolved! If there areclouds around the sky above your house , you dont get to see tv…thoughg they would improve this in coming years..havebeen using them ovr thepast 4 years now and till today have been deprived with the quality services… I am missingall kmportant matches, news and serials. Eroor code ; B001 … their CSR team only knows to keep you on hold for 20 odd minutes and then say wewill send a technician who ll charge 150 rupeees…..guys pls understnd the customers complain …..Iits horrible and I have 2 other connections of Tata sky have never faced such probelams….people in banglore using Airtel dth will not be able go see TV durinb monsoon…. I need full refund of my HD set top box at the earliest….. NaMo just sue these Airtel guysssss
