airtel dth nonfunctinal

Our airtel dth is nonfunctional for 07 days now, we have made many calls to airtel customer care number , wherein after chasing the local engineer for hours, he turned up at 08pm 3 days back , to find that the set top box needs to be replaced . Again the chasing saga began , we made many calls to get the set top box changed . Ridiculous service, no sensitivity towards customer complaints , I have been using airtel broad band, dth and landline for over 07 years now ….. Would have to change the vendor . But I want justice and airtel rebounds should be penalized for taking such a long time to respond and resolve the issue . Awaiting your response
