Airtel DTH

I got a problem of B001 or No Signal from 21 may 2014. I raised several complaints at airtel customer care but it has not been resolved yet. On my second complaint they send their labour. After fixing the problem he asked for rs 250 instead of rs 150 as service charge. When I refused to pay rs 250 he started quarelling with me and after making a scene he asked for the service charge rs 150. I gave the service charge to him. After one day same problem B001 Signal loss occures again and I raised an complaint. Customer Care told me that I have to pay nothing. This time they send another labour and after fixing the problem he asked for the service charge rs 150. I contacted customer care regarding this and told me to pay the charge and told me that Airtel will pay the amount in my account. The same B001 Signal loss problem exists again and I raised complaint but this time nobody came and when I asked them about the payment the customer care told me that there is no such rules and Airtel will pay nothing to me. I raised several complaints also in airtel presence and in every customer service site of Airtel but my complaint has not been resolved yet.
