I am a customer of AIRTEL Mobile Service and Landline and Broadband Service.
I am appalled by the total apathy AIRTEL shows to its customers both at the helpline and at the relationship center.
There is utmost disregard to customer’s needs at AIRTEL.
The complaint handling mechanism that they have in terms of Nodal office, etc. exists on paper and simply non-functioning at work.
