Airtel Customer Care sucks

Location/place: Delhi

We Had a Company,For that we had taken 4 postpaid numbers.but one of the employee did fraud and left the organization without information.She had one of the prepaid no. and she was miss using it.for the same reason I called customer care and told them to block that no.But customer care called that particular employee and ask her if she want to discontinue the no or not…………who the hell in this world will say no. to a postpaid no. whose bill is paid by someone else…
but the customer care people are talking so so ill………….I never excepted this ………

That girl is using that no. unlimited in roaming and the bill is coming to us.now what shall we do.
