Airtel customer care person does not know how to talk with customers

Time between 9:00 to 9:15 A.M

At this time aproxx when I called airtel customer care about my query of my lost sim, the manner in which he talked,abusing, shouting was highly irresponsible for a company like this.

I probably have more than 7 airtel numbers and if this being the case I would surely change all my numbers to any other company. It not being such a multinational company but the manner of talking will be far more better than this.
