I recently got a new airtel postpaid connection. 8527333933.
Suddenly, it stopped working. Initially i thought about having some network issue but when it did not work after half a day, i called customer care. the guy informed me it has been suspended on your request. I told him that I never requested for that and asked him to transfer me to his manager. He simply put the phone on me. After that when i called again, the guy said, he will arrange the call back in 2 hours. That did not happen even after 4 hours. I called the 3rd time and asked him to transfer to manager. I was put on music for 5 min and later disconnected.
I had similar bad experience with airtel broadband connection as well. I am seriously thinking of exploring the alternate options for both. The service which was once the selling point of airtel as deteriorated drastically.
