We Bansal Agro Industries, Focal Point, Ludhiana joined Airtel Telecom. in the month of June 2012 with the agreement of combined billing of 6 mobile phones. Within just first month, before the billing period ended all of the lines went out of service and we were advised to pay Rs. 20,000 for less than a month period of service. When we went to inquire about billing dispute, we were told to pay 20,000 first, before they will talk to us regarding any concerns we may have and were denied to provide any billing details whatsoever.
Under the consumer act of India, we would like to submit this complaint against Airtel Telecom and find out the actual picture of what had went wrong during calculation of our combined mobile bill services.
Due to this unexpected service cancellation we had to face lots of difficulties, which has caused us loss of time and money and above all unnecessary harassment.
We expect this to be resolved in timely fashioned manner.
