Airtel connection

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had taken a post paid connection from Airtel last month .The number allocated to me 8130291111.

The verification was done successfuly as told by them.

I did not put SIM into my mobile as i was not in town. Firstly, the bill was sent to me for usage whereas sim was not insterted and no calls were made. May be it was for rental etc. I have no issues with that but surprisingly , i am not able to make calls as it says number out going calls are barred and when somebody else calls, it says, number doesnot exitsa.

Yesterday, I was having a chat with airtel customer care and they informed that this number doesnot exist in their database and i do have reconrding of that call and i beliwve they also maintain that.

My conceren is that when number doesnot exist then how come the bill was sent and surprisingle the message states ” outgoing calls are barred ”

I would request you to get into this matter as i have been highly harrased by airtel team in last 3-4 days.
