My name is hari gonuguntla. I have been using Airtel Broadband Services (Account 7005788246) for3 months. Though I asked to disconnect the services after seing huge bill of Rs 1400 +, I was billed for the entire monthly cycle. I have been repeatedly asking for pro-rated bill since I didn’t use the service for the entire month. Till date, I haven’t received the corrected bill but rather only calls/mails threatening me to take me to Lok-Adalat from delhi name called Rahul sharma (9212797077) &
viraj rathod – 9250509934 . Today, I was called by Viraj rathod (9250509934) & yesterday by Rahul sharma(9212797077), who is not disclousing the Airtel details stated that I need to pay the bill in to avoid court summons being issued in my name. He didn’t disclose much to confirm his identity.
I used to get call from airtel billing department ,who don’t know how to talk with customers and all false explainations which don’t have an meaning ,further as explained above when requested for detail bill only they say they cant provide it.
More over the advertisements to attract customers is not alligned to the service they are providing ,Example : they asy 10 GB free for month and there after any usage they charge extra …but actual its not the case
I would appreciate if I could receive some assistance in taking this complaint forward and stopping such harassment from happening in future for other customers as well.
