Airtel Broadband frequently disconnects

I have problem with my broadband connection & I have raised multiple tickets with Airtel customer care. Till now its not fixed permanently. Even yesterday (29/07/2014) I was in airtel customer care & wasted my almost 1 hour but issue haven’t fixed. They informed me that they will send technician but till now there is no call. When I called today (30/07/2014) & shock to know that ticket was not raised. Again they started me to perform steps which already I have done. It was irritating me to do all repeated steps. Finally after 30 minutes she informed that she will pass to senior person & I was holding the call after sometime call was disconnected. I dont know whether she raised ticket or not. I’m really facing horrible time to log a ticket & fix my broadband issue. You can go through of my ticket which I was raised earlier. I hope this time issue will fix permanently.
