Airtel Bills not received on time

Dear AIRTEL,
My company is having the corporate connections with you. It is of great inconvenience to us that we never receive the bills on time. When complained at Customer Care we were told that the bills have already been delivered. We are yet to receive any bills. It has been 2 months since we have received any bills but we do get constant calls from Airtel reminding us to pay the bills. It is irritating to see that the no. 1 telecom company has such kinds of lacuna. Why should we pay the penalty of paying the bill late when we have not received them at the first place. Besides no one updates if the concerned POC from airtel leaves the company. We are dumbfound as to whom to approach with the problems. My corporate nos are 8003789999, 8003699451, 8003699452, 8003699453, 8003699454, 8003699656. Kindly get the bills generated and delivered at the correct address exempting us the penalty.
