I am Abhishek Sharan (Complain Mobile no- 9810505607). I was using Airtel number with Cooperate plan and I was using Blackberry without Blackberry plan and I got a bill for 1341.13 in month of Dec 2011 then I called to Airtel office and I discuss with Airtel officer but that person was not ready to listen my complain and I called several time to resolve the issues but I did not get then I stopped to make a airtel bill then I got call from Airtel and I got Adjustment for 421.45 for “internet charge” and same think happened in next month for SMS charge when I took cooperate plan that time Airtel Representative told me that I can send 600 SMS local and National but next month I got charge for SMS then I complained about that and I requested to cancel my service in month of March and April I sent text message then I got a call from Airtel cancelation Department and that person give adjustment around 351.86 and said that you can make a payment around 600. I said ok I said I am going to make a payment 600 and please cancel my number because I don’t want to use Airtel number. Airtel rep informed that ok he is going to cancel my number but he did not cancel my number and again I got a call from Airtel rep and said that please don’t cancel you number I am going to give 50% discount of your bill every month for a year but it never happened and I got just double bill then I complained and I called several time and I requested to talk with Airtel Supervisor or manager but my call was never transferred to Manager and every time I got answer that Managers are not available on floor and I will get call back from Airtel Manager but I never get call, So I stopped Airtel bill and I request to cancel my service in month of April but it never happened but I am getting bill from airtel and threat call from Airtel . please do something about my complained
