Airtel barred me from Customer Care and deducting bal by activating unwanted Service

Hi,

I have airtel number +91-8130355362, which my wife is using. Last to last week I had complained registered with Airtel regarding deactivation of unnecessary Service called “Dadi ma ke Nuskhe” which I asked Executive to deactivate and he confirmed me, after that I continue getting same sms and Airtel deducting amount on a daily basis. I tried to contact customer care once again and now they barred me while contacting customer care, Last week, I send mail to there Official id, but there is no response.

    Hi Ritesh,

    I also was facing that same problem with Airtel. Finally i got my number port in Idea, but still i am receiving that “Dadi ma ke Nuskhe”. i hope you come over this problem. Please let me know that should i do if you had found a solution. I tried with Airtel and Idea customar care but did not get any resolution. They both are bleaming each other.

    Please help in possible. Thanks in advanced
