I have requesting for the change in Al-carte package by Airtel digital TV, from 3 weeks, but nothing has been and i have been contineously charge on my previous package, more-ever, whenever i call the executive, they don’t have any answer, and even they don’t have any esclaation mechanism in place, they are taking customer money for granted.
