Hi I recently got Airtel 4G installed. . Got a data plan of 15GB for 1449 … now problem is this that first of all iam not getting the download and upload speed as mentioned nt even close to 1 MBPS .. had called airtel customer care several time they said your generated bill and speed will be increased .. tried out everything .. modem reset .. sim reinsert .. same issue .. also I not even using and my data usage finishes so quickly … tried keeping account of my usage but everytime on airtel website in my account it shows an error .. I simply want to get this thing rectified .. Airtel 4G is a fraud .. my vodafone 3G was much much better .. m cursing myself now after paying an amount of 2800 for Airtel 4G wifi router which doesn’t even cover two rooms and a bill as well .. no response from airtel people .. they are only concern abt the bill payment.. this is so unethical

Same problem in Bangalore, 1G/day is deducted even if usage is 1Mb. Airtel office are irresponsible, saying “Our billing software is like that, no options.” They increased my credit limit to Rs 10,000 without my permission, and want me to buy 1G pack everyday for Rs 300 (I think), I refused as the original contract said Rs 999/month for 4G. THey said TRAI allows them to fleece customer, so contact TRAI.
