I, Mosin Makandar, registered for Airtel Dongle Offer That they Have on Valentine Day’s i.e. 14the February, 2016. The offer was that the dongle will be free and I chose the plan of Rs. 499 2GB plan. The Airtel 4G dongle was to be sent by Airtel afterwards. I bought it from Bharati Vidyapeet area that their peoples have kept a stall. Also, Airtel registered a number ‘9172297848’ on my name and verification was done at my address by their people. My alternate number is 8956255294. But I never got the dongle nor the card of that number. Now, Airtel people are sending me the bill of Rs. 950, what is this ?. I went to the customer care of Airtel Express in Bharati Vidyapeet area and I held a complaint about that and they said it will be send in 2 days, but again I never got it.
I have never got the dongle nor the card of the above number. I never used that so, why to pay the bill unnecessarily.
So, I request u to do something in this case. Airtel is not doing anything against my complaint.
