I purchased a 4g dongle from Airtel on 27th August 2014 which got activated on 31st August 2014. Since then, my dongle is not working as expected. The internet speed is very poor and the connection keeps getting disconnected. When Airtel had arranged for a demo, the speed was good. But my dongle for some reason was not working as expected. So I raised a service request with Airtel on 2nd September 2014 to get this issue resolved. They assured me that someone would get in touch with me regarding this issue within the next 48 hours. It has been 5 days since then and no one has contacted me. When I call Airtel now, they ask me to wait for another week and refuse to create a new service request for me. To get this connection, I had to pay the rental for two months in advance. Now they have my money yet their device is not working at all.

What resolution details are you talking about? At least have the decency to not lie on a public forum. Your associate visited my place to check my device, but he said that the strength of the signal is very poor in my area. He has escalated it to the relevant team, but I am yet to hear from them.
12 days have passed since my connection was activated, and I have not been able to use it at all. Did I pay for my connection for this?
