Hello I’m Rajesh,I own a Airtel 3g dongle connection – number 9611127098
complaint 50980572 raised on 8th June – [resolve date 12th june 2013]

Raised this complaint for the signal issue that i face inside my home.(Signal strength is 0%) done with basic trouble shoot by
call operator.Informed they will send their engineer to my place to check the issue.
There is field engineer from “Wipro” who works for Airtel has come to my home and taken readings of the signal strength.
Also he informed that they will send engineer to increase frequency.

But till 18th of june no one has called me,so i called Airtel with reference to complaint number “50980572”,
They informed that complaint is resolved as i confirmed that the issue is fixed,But the truth is i haven’t recieved any call neither
I confirmed anything.Hence Yelled at them they told they will re-open the same complaint and have my issue fixed.
I recieved call from +918041109824(3.24pm) enquiring about the same issue and they told they will send people to fix it.But again no sound.
As I’ll be recieving my bill anytime soon I thought to call them and enquire about the same complaint.

– ref.no – 1304431233 – Told that he will re-open complaint 50980572 and will make sure that i recieve call within 4 hours.
But no call yet.
25th June 2013 – Called at 5.50pm

– with ref.no there won’t be any
– operator told he will transfer to his manager.But no Answer for 30 mins.
Again and again i’m in the same cycle almost 20+ days I don’t have connection and i have got Airtel bill(so rightfully) i’m not going to make payment since i haven’t used at all.
