Airtel 2G internet is very slow.

Hi,

I am using Airtel 2G internet (Orissa) since a long time. Earlier the speed was good, but now-a-days the speed is only 1-5 kbps. I am using 198 and 149 package in 2 of my numbers(9777679504 and 9777747900) and in both the cases the internet is very slow. I contacted the customer care multiple times but could not get any response/resolution for the same.

For example, to open the consumerforums web page I had to try for 4-5 times to get into the page.Sometimes even I am not able to open the Google page too. I am not facing any network issue but still the internet is so so slow.

Please help.
