I applied for a new connection on 24th april 2014 and submitted all the document with 500 rupees as installation charges. Then i got a reply from them that i will get the connection within 3 working days. But i did not get any response from them. Then i called them again on 29th april for the confirmation mail that are unable to provide connection and you will refund the amount. But then they told me to wait for 48 hours . Again i didnot get any reply from them so i called them on 1st may. Now they are saying me that they neither provide me connection nor they will give give confirmation for refund my amount. I dont know what to do. Please help me.
