I am sumit shrivastava and my mobile number is 9811656963 and email address is [email protected]. I purchased a Voltas split ac just 3 months back and now i am getting problem in that. I logged a complaint thorough customer care but their engineer are not able to get the root cause of my problem. I am calling almost on daily basis to their customer department and they are just giving me promises that it will be rectify soon. I told them to replace it but they are not giving any proper response for my problem. Can some one help me on this? Thanks
