AIRCELconnection activation pending since 1st April(3 months)

Name of company/service: AIRCEL

I bought an AIRCEL connection(details below) on 1st April,2013 from a local shop.
I have submitted all necessary documents and paid Rs.300 as connection charge,first recharge etc to the shopkeeper.
It has been 3 months since then but my connection has not been activated.I have complained to the shopkeeper several times.I have been told that my documents have been passed on to the distributor and they are responsible for the activation.So they are to be blamed for the delay.

I am really disappointed by the poor service provided by AIRCEL.
I am now planning to buy a connection of some other company if this AIRCEL number doesn’t gets started in 1-2 days.

Such poor service is highly unprofessional and I shall never recommend AIRCEL to any of my friends.
