Aircel, unwanted subscription, unknowingly, and garbing the money from customers

Myself naveen, i have been using Aircel network from past 4 years. shortly the customer people where subscribed to some package unknowingly and making its customer fools, it one type of fraud.. deducting money from main balance. garbing bugs from poor people. to make there income.
i have called up for customer care. they were black listed my number.
