AIRCEL SIM NOT ACTIVATED

I have bought new sim card from retailer on 19-Apr-15, he said me my sim will be activated with in 48 hours and till now it is not activated please help me with this issue.

i got 3 day back a new sim is activate but the nerul new mumbai station out late store people are so bad and unnecessary delay for my sim FRC
