I bought an AIRCEL sim worth Rs. 300, on 15/04/2013. The seller told me to call on 59059 number to activate the sim, but it is not possible to connect to 59059 number from the AIRCEL sim. So I want to complaint about AIRCEL for their negligence in activating sim.
