My no. +91 8802317991 (Aircel) is on my fathers name Mr Sahi Ram Arya from last one & half year which is out of service from 13th June 2012 (without any notice) because of wrong address due to there own mistake. I went to Aircel service center on last Friday 15th June 2012 & submitted my address proof & they promised me that my no. will start within 3 days (sunday not included) but there is no response till wednesday. I went again to Aircel service center n complained again then they check their e-mails that they have send my no. to their superior or not, but there is no e-mail sent by them, after that they send it in my presence & appologised towards me for this & promised that my no. will start within 2 days.
Yesterday they call me n confirm my name, father’s name, Grand father’s name & my address, n told me that my no. will start within next 3 hrs. But it was not started at yet. I call to Customer care 3 times & everytime they transfer my call to their head but i got no response by them till now.
Kindly take some action against them.
