Worst Service Provider
Hi Team,
I must say Aircel is one of the most worst-est telecom industry in India.
Every month am facing some issues with this company, every month they doing some issues and because of that always I need to call customer care people and also they make me to visit Aircel gallery. Is it my mistake that I have taken Aircel Card? I guess yes.
The reason why am using this card is just to use the Rs.77 pack, in which am getting unlimited free calls and messages for two Aircel local numbers. Other wise am not interest in using this service worst provider, I have the best sim “Airtel” and am very much satisfied with it. Now, I guess Aircel don’t want me to use it.
Anyways, my issue is that am facing problem of balance deduction. Yesterday, I have done a recharge of Rs.100 and activated a pack of Rs.77, it means that I have unlimited free call and message for two Aircel local numbers, but this crap and the worst company is started deducting the balance from my main account which is free. One more thing I would like to highlight about this company is that they won’t send a single alert message or call that the pack or any service is going to deactivate in sometime or in some-days like Airtel does.
They have the worst customer care people in the world; first they don’t even know how to speak in English. I have called them three time and they kept me on hold for long time and then disconnected the call. After that I was trying to call them & their IVR is stating that “abhi humare saare customer care adikaari busy hai, kripiya hold par rahe ya fir thodi der baad call kare, ya fir 121 par “HELP” type kare for humare self service k liye” and call got disconnected, this is the type of customer service they are giving. Bullshit service.
I need my money back or else I’ll throw you SIM and also I’ll make this thing viral to spoil your brand very well. Hope you Aircel people understand what i mean.
